Expected  uses

This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) IgM antibodies in human whole blood (venous blood, fingertip blood), serum and plasma samples，suit to auxiliary diagnosis of novel coronavirus (2019-ncov) infection.

The kit used colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique to detect human new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) IgM antibody using indirect method, A single drop of blood is required to obtain the results within 10 minutes.Compared with RT-PCR nucleic acid detection, the kit is simpler and more sensitive and more specific. To be able to effectively break through the existing testing technology on personnel and places ,realize to rapid diagnosis of suspected patients and on-site screening of people in close contact.

Storage Conditions and Validity

1、The reagents are stored in sealed aluminum foil bags at 4°C to 30°C and valid for six months from the date of production.

2、Reagents should be used within 30 minutes after opening the foil bag，If the temperature is higher than 30°C or humidity is higher than 70%, use it as soon as possible. 

Notes

1、This product is only for research.

2、The instructions must be strictly followed and the results explained. 

3、The product is qualitatively tested, and the result can't be used as a quantitative basis. 

4、Testing shall be carried out using test strips within the validity period. 

5、Test paper, one-time quantitative blood vessels for single-person use one-time , can't be reused.

6、Because the sample titer is different, the red lines of the detection line will show different shades of color, all of which indicate positive results. The color depth of the detection line can't be used as the basis for determining the titer of antibody in the sample.  

7、The samples stored at low temperature should be balanced to room temperature and fully mixed before testing.

8、Samples and waste must be treated as potential source of infection.

9、Don't use desiccant in aluminum foil bag. 

10、The test results of this product are only for scientific research.
